Integrated Media Systems warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation*. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by IMS is also not covered by warranty. Extended warranties and service contracts are also available. *The final installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
