Pre-assembly Quality Control
We minimize the potential for problems by pre-fabricating your system and testing it at our center before it reaches your home. The IMS team assembles your rack of equipment at our warehouse and does a quality control check of the connections and the programming, just as the manufacturers check the individual components at their factory. We test your integrated system before we deliver it.

Unlike many other companies, Integrated Media Systems gives you a copy of all the necessary information regarding your system to keep for your own records. We believe that you have a right to this documentation because it’s your system. We are so confident in our products that we don’t feel a need to hold you hostage by keeping information about your own house from you (like so many other companies). This way, if for some reason you decide to have your system serviced by someone else you will have everything you need. Also, if you ever decide to sell your house, the transition will go more smoothly if the new residents are as well informed about the system as you are.

For non-emergency service and questions, you can always email us at service@imsva.com. Integrated Media Systems warranties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation*. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by IMS is also not covered by warranty. Extended warranties and service contracts are also available.
* The final installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
